Act 10
Statutory Mandate & Administrative Authority
1.
Subject to the control of the Visitor, the Executive Council is the executive body of the University and is charged with the management and administration of the revenue and property of the University, as well as the conduct of all administrative affairs not otherwise provided for.
2.
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Executive Council (E.C.) exercises all other powers and performs duties conferred or imposed on it by the Statutes or Ordinances.

3Handling RTI (Right to Information) correspondence and executing administrative tasks assigned by university authorities.
